Apparently it is quite common for us to see visions when we meditate, but is it a good thing or a bad thing? I had my first extremely vivid vision today, it looked like a dream but I knew I was seeing things with my eyes closed and I was completely awake.
2020 has been a crazy year, on top of the pandemic, riots and uncertainty, my grandpa passed away in the summer and I couldn’t even travel back home and be with him during his last days. I was angry, upset and anxious, to the extent that I started to have insomnia for days at a time. That's when I decided to give guided meditation a try. In October, I started to meditate for 10-15 minutes everyday, for a month.
This final full moon of the year is in Cancer, it has much of its energies beneath the surface. And if you’re a sensitive person like me, you might have been feeling lack of energy already for the past two days. It’s definitely a time to “go with the flow” with our feelings and inner selves.
It’s a very simple ritual, you should already have all the things you need at hand. You can also do an ritual to attract love or anything else that you desire, which aligns with your new moon intentions, by changing a few ingredients.
