A lot of my friends have been telling me that they feel stuck and confused lately. Perhaps when the sun moved from Fiery Aries into the Earthy Taurus, we are forced to slow down and get realistic. Or perhaps we are just having difficulties dealing with the upcoming post-COVID life. Things will change for sure, they’re already changing as more people get their jabs and more countries are coming out of the lockdowns.
As the moon's energy decreases and shadows form, it's a good time to turn our focus inward. When we start our inner development, we will discover things about ourselves which we are not comfortable with. And that is our shadow self, the "self" we hide away from others and maybe even from ourselves. The shadow aspects play a very influential part in our lives on our behaviours and ways of thinking.
This final full moon of the year is in Cancer, it has much of its energies beneath the surface. And if you’re a sensitive person like me, you might have been feeling lack of energy already for the past two days. It’s definitely a time to “go with the flow” with our feelings and inner selves.
The balsamic phase marks the end of a lunar cycle, it is time to surrender. It looks like I drew the perfect Oracle Card for the weekend.
