It’s been a long while since my last post…On the night of June 23, 2025, I had a dream, and I knew right away, it’s time for me to finally “break the silence”.
For me, the past months have been quite…different. It seems like everything is in a standstill, and yet, lots have changed. No matter how still we are, the world around us will never stay the same. Which is the fact - and also the beauty, of life I guess.

It certainly has been more than a minute since I last posted, and oh boy, have things changed for me in the past months 😂, but the good thing is, I can once again keep a nice record of my journey here. The card of today is from the Bestiary oracle card deck by Maia Toll, the Andalusian Horse (transcend yourself).

Carnelian is a holy grail stone that aligns us with our gut, circulating the Qi (氣) to our most powerful instincts and sexual desires. Carnelian amulets have also been used to escort the dead, providing safe passage into whatever lies beyond the setting sun.
Kūn (坤) ☷ is the second I-Ching (易經) hexagram and is dominated by the Yīn (陰) energy. In fact it’s the most Yīn hexagram amongst all 64, and it’s known that “with extreme Yīn energy, comes the Yáng (陽)”. This in a way also resonates with Lì Chūn (立春)，the first Seasonal Point (節氣) from the 24 Chinese Solar Terms. It’s indeed time for Spring.
I drew this card once before, now as we’re approaching the Super New Moon and Chinese New Year, it’s time again, to review the old and start anew.
When we are busy go about our days, we can get a bit lost.
