One Day Juice Cleanse

I’ve been feeling a bit bloated after ordering takeouts for 5 days straight 😖…I blame it on my busy schedules…So, I decided to do a juice cleanse and kick start my clean diet plan again.

These 3 smoothies I’m sharing with you are really delicious and super fast to prepare, just throw everything in a blender and it’s done in less than 3 minutes 😆. They’re quite fulfilling to me and easily providing the energies I need for the day.

Breakfast: Nuts about Nuts

🔥 435kcal

🥜 30g peanut butter (choose one with 100% peanut and without additives)

🥑 1/2 avocado

🥛 150g Skyr or Greek yoghurt

🍎 150g apple juice

Lunch: Power Banana

🔥 375kcal

🍌 1 medium size banana

🌰 5g linseed, 5g chia seed, 10g pumpkinseed

Dinner: Purple Delight

🥬 150g canned/cooked red cabbage, you can also use raw cabbage
