Vegan & Sugar-free Chocolate Pecan Pie Smoothie

This is a great post-workout meal that will help our muscles recover more effectively, especially from a resistance-based workout 💪🏼.

Ingredients

🍌 1 banana, approx. 120 g

🥑 1/2 avocado, approx. 50g*

🌰 10g unsalted pecan nuts, save the prettiest one for garnish

🥛 250g almond milk

🍫 1tsp cacao powder, extra 1tsp for garnish

Instructions

Throw everything in the blender and blend until smooth, decorate with cacao powder and that pretty nut 😆

Total: 354kcal*

*you can reduce the calories to 252kcal by leaving the avocado out of the recipe, taste-wise it’s less creamy but still very yummy 😋
