A full moon in Capricorn…I hope its grounding energy will realign us with what really matters deep down and guide us back home to ourselves.
The full phase is associated with harvest and gratitude, it’s also a good time to ask ourselves which past experiences have influenced us the most, whether they’re positive and if it’s time to let that influence go.

The Priestess is a teacher dedicated to service, freedom and leadership. To the contrary of what we’ve heard, we don’t have to be perfect or have it all figured out to lead. We also don’t have to dwell too much on who truly belongs in our soul tribes. Let your life be your message, don’t underestimate the power of sharing your experiences. We feel less alone when we hear someone else’s journey, and we feel less alone when our stories are told.
Before I drew this card, during my meditation, thoughts about my colleagues, my manager, my team and my own leadership style keep on surfacing. I think in the end, we are all in this thing called “life” together, we all have our own vices, strengths, fears and drives. The only difference between a follower and a leader, is that a leader has the courage to go first. The leaders step out and shed a light on the paths before us.
Don’t stuck in the labels society created for us: age, income, title, race, hobby, personal preference, so on and so on, the best way to find what and who triggers us, is to look in the mirror and ask ourselves: what inspires me? We don’t need anyone’s permission, we just need the courage to stand up and go forward, one step at a time. We don’t need to know our ways to start walking, there was no road to begin with, the roads are here only because one person started waling, and more people has then followed the same paths.
Like this Oracle card showed us, let’s use this full moon’s energy to conjure up the courage to change old habits, to welcome everything in life, the good, the challenging, the peaks and the troughs. Have the courage to step out and experience the unknown, so you can lead by example, inspire others and in turn be inspired by them.
