This final full moon of the year is in Cancer, it has much of its energies beneath the surface. And if you’re a sensitive person like me, you might have been feeling lack of energy already for the past two days. It’s definitely a time to “go with the flow” with our feelings and inner selves.

To me personally, a good, restoring full moon ritual entails a warm bath with lavender essential oil, a meditation session with crystals (selenite or moonstone), and drawing an Oracle Card for additional insights.

The card I got today, is Unbound: releasing soul patterns, contracts and past lives.

This activation card urges us to take a look at the patterns in our lives that don’t fit in the future we desire. While acknowledging how these old beliefs have served us thus far, now that we want to grow further, we are ready to let them go.

Name all the expired old patterns, claim them, write them down on a piece of paper. Burn that piece of paper in a fireproof container and visualize you being freed from the past traumas, released from your fears and forgiven for all old mistakes and regrets.

We’ve lived many stories, we will forever carry the lessons, growths and gifts from these stories, but now, it’s time for a brand new journey 🌕.
