I wondered what message the Christmas spirits have for us this year, so after my morning meditation today, I decided to consult the Oracle Card, and the one I drew was the Star Mother.
This is an inquiring card, it invites us to search within, and answer the question from our hearts: how can you Mother yourself?
The message brought to us by this card is not to fear or worry, we are love in motion. If we allow love into our lives, we’re already healed. And the love we are talking about specifically here, is the love for ourselves.
More often than we would like to admit, a lot of us tend to judge ourselves pretty harshly. We get caught up in the busy daily life, trying to live up to the images society or others have of us, and completely forget what we want, who we want to be.
Please be compassionate with yourself, your body, your mind and your soul. Forgive yourself, listen to yourself, love and mother yourself unconditionally. Treat yourself like the amazingly beautiful spirit that you truly are. š
