Guilt-free Banana Bread (vegan, sugar/dairy/gluten free)

I don’t know about you guys, but my biggest vice is sweet baked goods. They’re really hard to let go of. But we don’t have to, with this guilt-free banana bread. 😋

It’s super delicious and takes almost no effort to make. One serving contains 265kcal and it keeps you fulfilled for hours to come.

This is how to make it.👩🏻‍🍳

Ingredients

💛 4 tbsp baking soda

💛 5 medium bananas

💛 200g almond flour

💛 50g coconut flour

💛 75g melted coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil

💛 10g apple cider vinegar

💛 1 tsp vanilla extract

💛 30g unsweetened almond milk

Cooking instructions

1️⃣ Smash banana with a fork

2️⃣ Add liquid ingredients and mix well

3️⃣ Add dry ingredients and mix well

4️⃣ Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 30 – 40 minutes
